- Reservations Required 72 Hours in Advance for Birthday Parties
- Birthday Parties are Paid in Full at Time of Booking
- Birthday Parties are During Hours of Operation and are Not a Private Park Rental
- All Guests Must Meet Height, Weight and other Ride/Attraction Requirements
- Some Attractions may not be Unlimited and are an Additional Cost
- Parties Begin Promptly at the Reservation Time and any Late Arrivals will be Added to the Party Already in Progress
- If the Party or Party Guest is Late, Time Cannot be Extended or Changed
- At the Discretion of Park Management, 1 Reschedule of a Reservation may be Permitted with a 48-Hour Advanced Notice
- Allow 30 Minute Preparation Time for Food Packages
- Seating is Guaranteed for Paid Package Guests Only During Reserved Pavilion Time
- Storage for Birthday Cakes and other Items is Not Provided
- All Outside Food, Fast-Food and/or Food Delivery Services are Not Permitted
- Piñatas, Silly String and Confetti are Prohibited
- Use of Adhesives and Fasteners are Prohibited in the Pavilion and on Tables
- Funtimes Fun Park is a Non-Smoking Facility and Pets are Not Permitted
- Management Reserves the Right for Substitutions
- Pricing Subject to Sales Tax and a 4% Surcharge on all Credit Card Transactions
- Attractions and Hours of Operation are Subject to Change and are Weather Permitting
- Damage to the Party Area will Result in an Additional Fee
